Every product and goodie bag is inspected, checked & packed with lots of love and care before we send them out to you. Therefore, all orders placed are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable. Kindly ensure that all details are correct when placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please send the photoes of item received and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@bashpartystore.com or WhatsApp at +65 88251600. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or contacting us will not be accepted.

Bash Party Store reserves the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether to approve or reject each return request.
