1. Order Processing & Delivery within Singapore
1) Standard Courier
Standard processing of orders generally take 2-4 business days & standard courier takes another 2-4 business days to be delivered (excl. Sat, Sun and public holidays) from your order date. For orders with a later required date, we will only deliver closer to your required date stated on your order.
Kindly indicate the date you need the goodie bags by so we can arrange shipment accordingly.
2) Self Pick Up
Self-collection is available at Sengkang area for orders above $35. Orders are generally processed & available for pick up at least 3 business days after.

3) Urgent Orders
We provide accelerated services for urgent orders where you can pick up or opt for delivery within 48 hours' period.

4) Express Courier
For orders required between 3-7 days upon ordering, where standard courier might not be on time, opt for express door-to-door courier to ensure your order arrives before your event.

5) For Corporate or Bulk Orders (eg: 50x or more goodie bags) that include in-depth personalization or customization, kindly contact us via WhatsApp at +65 88251600 or support@bashpartystore.com to discuss before placing order.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
3. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +65 88251600 or support@bashpartystore.com. In the unfortunate event that an order is returned to us due to wrong delivery address, a re-shipping fee will be charged for each additional delivery attempt.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. However, we are not responsible for any delay on 3rd party courier delivery as it is not within our control. If any issues arise though, we will try our best to reach out to our courier partners to resolve the issue with you and the courier partners.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases where your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
